Vidyanikethan has a placement cell that connects the individual to the industry and service organizations to update prospective employers of the talent available and secure commitments for placements. With the academic record we have consistently maintained, our students secure jobs in top companies and core sectors.
TRAINING
Effective learning and top ranks aren’t sufficient to find a job, which is why Vidyanikethan conducts training programmes regularly for its students, that makes them industry-ready and geared for entry to mid-level roles in an organization. In today’s dynamic world, one needs to stay updated every minute, and the aim of our training would be to prepare them such that they are trained, and even move ahead in their career, equipped enough to develop themselves with self-training. We intend to make professionals who are self- sufficient and self-motivating while they become role models.
DREAM OFFER
‘Dream Offer’ is where students are given two additional placement opportunities, truly making dreams come true. Top companies like WIPRO, ADP, Infosys and Microsoft have recruited Engineering students with packages of over `6 lakh per annum. All core companies are given the ‘Dream Offer’ status, regardless of the CTC offer, which enables students to pursue the career in their own domain.
